Local Chingford Info
Chingford is an outer area of London which belongs to the London Borough of Waltham Forest. The main landmarks there are river Lea and the William Girling and King George V reservoirs, famous together as the Chingford reservoirs. The name of the area derives from old English and it means King’s river.
Chingford is a beautiful place with great ancient historical buildings and reference with royalty. One of the most important places of interest in the district is Queen Elizabeth’s Hunting Lodge.
