We are all about customer satisfaction at domesticcleaning.co.uk, so it is entirely up to you what you want us to do as part of your one off cleaning program.  For our regular cleaning service, we offer to help with ironing, laundry and even shopping, as well as more conventional cleaning duties.  With one off cleaning, although these services are obviously still available, we usually provide a more intensive cleaning program.  This does not mean that extra care will be taken or there will be more attention to detail paid, as our domestic cleaning is always carried out to the highest possible standards.  What it does mean is that additional techniques will often be used in order to do the sort of domestic cleaning which really makes your home shine.

This might involve polishing wood furniture where previously, for regular cleaning work, you only wanted it wiped.  It might include cleaning the mattress, where previously you would only want the bed made.  In terms of carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning, the most common request for our one off cleaning is that we give them a deep clean.

Deep cleaning, usually in the form of steam cleaning or dry carpet cleaning, is a special set of techniques which gets rid of the dirt which normal cleaning routines cannot get to.  It is a more intensive clean, and takes a little longer, but it is well worth it.
 
This is not something that needs to be done every day as it takes some time for the dirt to penetrate to lower levels, below what vacuum cleaners can get to.  However on the occasions that it is done, you will certainly notice a difference.

Just as there is a difference on a surface level after you have finished vacuuming, even if you vacuum every day, so there is a difference on a deeper level after steam cleaning or dry carpet cleaning has been carried out.
If the work is being done for an end of tenancy cleaning, this will ensure that the next prospective tenants see the property in its best possible light.  As after builders cleaning, it will make sure that all of the leftover dust and dirt is completely removed.  And for after party cleaning, it is good at getting rid of any stains that may have occurred after spillages.
